Toys for adjustment day
For the last 2 years we have run a toys for adjustment day at our practice. On a particular day of the month in December, instead of patients paying for their Chiropractic checkups, they donate a toy, or toys, to the value of thier visit. These we then donate to the local hospital children's ward.
Such was the popularity of this event last year that patients that were not booked for the special day were bringing in presents with them on thier visits.
With the current finacial climate the Childrens ward had noticed a signifiant downturn in the number of gifts that they were receiving and were very grateful for the bags of toys that we brought along last year.
Our next event will be on Wednesday the 18th December 2011. All the presents will then be delivered, in time for Christmas, to the Childrens ward at DCH.
